Alen Air Filter TF30-Fresh + Carbon Replacement HEPA Filter for T100 & T300 Air Purifiers
Designed to work with the Alen T100 or T300 Air Purifiers, the Alen HEPA-Silver Filter employs a three-layer filtration system to purify and freshen the air in your home, while also protecting the filter against bacteria and microbes. The filtration process begins with Alen's washable Pre-Filter, which captures large particles, extending the life of the filter. In the second layer, air passes through a unique, electrostatically charged HEPA material that attracts and captures dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and other airborne pollutants. Alen's Silver-Ion threads are woven into the HEPA material, providing protection against harmful bacteria and microbe growth. Finally, the air passes through a layer of Alen's Activated Carbon, which reduces light odors and chemicals commonly found in the air from cleaning products, smoke, cooking, pets, and various other household materials. Test results have demonstrated a 99.99% capture rate on E. Coli and Staph Bacteria.
The HEPA-Silver (TF30-Silver) replacement Filter includes two filters, both of which are required for the Alen T300 Air Purifier. The Alen T100 Air Purifier, on the other hand, requires only one filter. Over time, the HEPA-Silver Filter will become overloaded with particles, resulting in decreased filtration performance. To maintain optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the filter regularly, at least every 6 months with normal use.
The Silver-Ion Technology incorporated into the filter protects against the growth of harmful bacteria and microbes, creating an allergy and asthma-friendly environment by removing dust, pet dander, mold spores, and pollen from the air. By capturing VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) from cleaning products, personal care items, and other household materials, the filter provides pure, breathable air.
Alen's standard medical-grade H13 True HEPA air filter offers outstanding protection, removing 99.9% of dust, allergens, and harmful fine pollutants as small as 0.1 microns. Depending on the model of the Alen air purifier, the product can purify the air in your home or office every 30 minutes.
